How I stay Organized


List of strategies to help me feel organized:
  • I make lists of EVERYTHING. I have a homework list, and then lists within my homework. I have lists for my bills, for things I need to buy, and things I need to do. I have lists for every aspect of my life.
  • I keep an agenda with me at all times and it's my life. I have so many lists within it. 
  • I keep a calendar
  • I put things in their right places
  • I only do homework at my homework desk so I am not loosing materials or doing other things. 
  • I love baskets. There is so many things you can organize within baskets.
These strategies can help anyone, not just teachers. It is so important for everyone to be organized. It truly lessons the risk of anxiety from feeling overwhelmed and disorganized. There is no better feeling than checking a task off on your list when you have completed it! I dream of the day I can organize my own classroom with baskets and mason jars and calendars and everything in between because I want my students to be just as organized as I am.
